Part 3 -- Application, saving and transitional provisions
The amendments made by Division 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Civil Aviation Legislation Amendment (Flight Operations--Fees and Other Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2021 do not apply to processing or considering an application on or after 2 December 2021 if:
(a) the application was made before 2 December 2021; and
(b) under Division 202.EAA.1 of CASR, the old Regulations (within the meaning of that Division) continue to apply in relation to the application.
