  48. (1)   A delegation of or powers conferred by subregulation 24 (2), 34
(3), 35 (7), 43 (1), 47 (1) or 47 (3) or regulation 49 of the previous
regulations that was in force immediately before the commencement has effect
after the commencement as if it were a delegation of the powers conferred by
the subregulation, or regulation, as amended by these regulations.

(2) A delegation of the powers conferred by a provision of the previous
regulations set out in Column 1 of the following table that was in force
immediately before the commencement has effect after the commencement as if it
were a delegation of the powers conferred by the provision of the amended
regulations set out in Column 2 of the table opposite the first-mentioned
provision.
