COMMONWEALTH BANKS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1991 No. 55 - REG 3.
New regulation 37
3.1
After regulation 36, insert:
Section 4 of the Act—definition of "Securities
Commission"—prescribed date
"37. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of `Securities
Commission' in section 4 of the Act, the date prescribed is 1 January
1991.".
