1994 No. 258 COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES' REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4.1 After regulation 3, add:

Prescribed persons for the purposes of paragraph 114A (2) (b) of the Act

"4. For the purposes of paragraph 114A (2) (b) of the Act, the following
persons are prescribed:

   (a)  in relation to members of the Defence Force-the Chief of the Defence
        Force;

   (b)  in relation to members of the Australian Federal Police-the
        Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police.".
