1994 No. 153 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 Omit from the heading of Schedule 11 "RECOGNISED FUTURES EXCHANGES UNDER
PARAGRAPH 9 (b) OF THE CORPORATIONS LAW", substitute "Recognised Futures
Exchanges".

2.2 Omit "Deutsche Terminborse", substitute "Deutsche Terminborse (German
Futures Exchange) (DTB)".

2.3 Insert in the list in Schedule 11 each of the following names of futures
exchanges in the appropriate alphabetical position determined on a
letter-by-letter basis:

"Belgium Futures and Options Exchange (Belfox) Bolsa de Mercadorias & Futuros
(Commodities & Futures Exchange, Brazil) (BM & F) European Options Exchange
(EOE) Financial Futures Exchange Barcelona (MFB) Financial Futures Exchange
Madrid (MFM) Italian Futures Exchange (MIF) Mercados de Futuros Financieros,
SA (Spanish Financial Futures Market) (MEFFSA) OM Stockholm AB".
