DIESEL AND ALTERNATIVE FUELS GRANTS SCHEME REGULATIONS 2000 2000 No. 44 - REG 3

Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"Act" means the Diesel and Alternative Fuels Grants Scheme Act 1999 .

"AMG "means the Australian Map Grid.

"BSD" means an area described in that way in the most recent edition of the Australian Standard Geographical Classification that is:

(a)
published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics; and

(b)
in force when these Regulations commence.

"statistical local area" means an area described in that way, and by reference to a unique name and number, in the most recent edition of the Australian Standard Geographical Classification that is:

(a)
published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics; and

(b)
in force when these Regulations commence.
