5.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Application for a licence

"7. (1) An application for a licence to export prescribed goods must be:

   (a)  in writing; and

   (b)  lodged with the Department.

"(2) If the Minister so requests, an applicant for a licence must give the
Minister, in writing, any information that the Minister reasonably requires
for the purpose of making a decision in relation to the application.

"(3) Without limiting the generality of subregulation (2), the Minister may
require information in relation to the effect on the environment of obtaining
the prescribed goods.".
