1991 No. 329 EXPLOSIVES REGULATIONS - REG 22

22. Commonwealth explosives must not be loaded onto a road vehicle if, when
loaded:

   (a)  the net explosive quantity of the explosives on the vehicle would
        exceed 10 tonnes; or

   (b)  the mass of the explosives on the vehicle would exceed the
        load-carrying capacity of the vehicle; or

   (c)  except where the explosives are contained in a freight container, the
        height of the load above the floor of the loading space of the vehicle
        would exceed 2.5 metres.
