1991 No. 329 EXPLOSIVES REGULATIONS - REG 23

23. As soon as practicable after the completion of the loading of
Commonwealth explosives onto a road vehicle:

   (a)  the explosives must be:

        (i)    secured on the vehicle to prevent movement of the load; and

        (ii)   protected against weather damage, theft, destruction or other
               damage or loss; and

   (b)  a prescribed marking must be affixed to the external surface of the
        front of the vehicle; and

   (c)  a prescribed marking must be affixed to the external surface of each
        side, and of the rear, of the vehicle unless the explosives are
        contained in freight containers to which are affixed
        prescribed markings that are clearly visible (when the containers are
        on the vehicle) from each side of the vehicle and from the rear of the
        vehicle.
