1991 No. 329 EXPLOSIVES REGULATIONS - REG 31

31. (1) If a road vehicle being used to transport Commonwealth explosives is
stopped in accordance with regulation 29 or 30, the driver of the vehicle and
the attendant (if any) travelling on the vehicle must inspect the vehicle and
explosives.

(2) If, upon making an inspection under subregulation (1), the driver or
attendant detects a defect in, or damage to, the vehicle or the explosives, he
or she must report the matter to the supervisor of the transportation.
