1991 No. 329 EXPLOSIVES REGULATIONS - REG 49

49. If a road vehicle being used to transport Commonwealth explosives is not
within a Commonwealth explosives area, a person other than:

   (a)  the driver of the vehicle; or

   (b)  an attendant; or

   (c)  a supervisor of the handling of the explosives; or

   (d)  a person handling the explosives under the supervision of the
        supervisor; must not:

   (e)  during the transportation, be in or on the vehicle; and

   (f)  during any other part of the handling, be in, on or in the vicinity of
        the vehicle; without the consent of the supervisor.
