1991 No. 329 EXPLOSIVES REGULATIONS - REG 61

61. (1) Commonwealth explosives must not be transported on a rail vehicle if:

   (a)  the net explosive quantity of the explosives exceeds 40 tonnes; or

   (b)  the mass of the explosives exceeds the load-carrying capacity of the
        vehicle.

(2) Commonwealth explosives must not be transported by a train if the net
explosive quantity of the explosives on the train exceeds 500 tonnes.
