EXTRADITION (TURKEY) REGULATIONS 2003 2003 No. 228 - REG 4
Application of Act
The Extradition Act 1988 applies to Turkey subject to the Treaty on
Extradition between Australia and the Republic of Turkey (a copy of which is
set out in Schedule 1), as corrected by, and interpreted in accordance with,
the Exchange of Notes constituting an Agreement between the Government of
Australia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey (a copy of which is set
out in Schedule 2).
