EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS (REGISTRATION CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2021 (F2021L01832) - REG 10

                   For the purposes of subsections 5(9), 6(8) and 7(8) of the Act, the class of providers made up of all providers is prescribed for the following charges imposed for, or during, the calendar year beginning 1 January 2022:

                     (a)  CRICOS annual registration charge;

                     (b)  schools initial registration charge;

                     (c)  schools renewal registration charge.
