FISHERIES MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT (INFRINGEMENT NOTICES) REGULATIONS 2021 (F2021L01320) - SCHEDULE 1

   

Fisheries Management Regulations 2019

1  Section 4 (paragraphs (e) and (f) of the paragraph beginning "Part 11 provides")

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

       (e)     fees.

2  Section 101 (paragraph beginning "If satisfied")

Repeal the paragraph.

3  Division 7 of Part 11

Repeal the Division.
