1993 No. 206 GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 28

28.1 Subregulation 39 (1): Omit "who does not hold a permission for any other
kind of tourist program,".
28.2 After subregulation 39 (1), insert:

"(1A) If:

   (a)  the permission holder holds 2 or more permissions of the kind referred
        to in paragraph (1) (b) and exercises those permissions at the same
        location; and

   (b)  the total number of dinghies so permitted to be hired is 5 or more;
        charge is payable as if those permissions were one permission of the
        kind referred to in paragraph (1) (a).".
28.3 Subregulation 39 (2): Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"(2) For the purposes of subregulation (1), 'dinghy':

   (a)  means a small open boat having no designed sleeping accommodation; and

   (b)  does not include a boat of the kind commonly known as a half-cabin
        boat.".
