1993 No. 266 GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 6

6.1 Subregulation 13AD (3): Omit "separate days within a period of 14 days.",
substitute:

"days, separated by at least 7 days and within a period of 14 days:

   (a)  in the Gazette; and

   (b)  in a newspaper that has circulation generally in the State of
        Queensland; and

   (c)  in a newspaper (if any) that is a local newspaper that has circulation
        in areas of the State that are adjacent to the part of the Marine Park
        that is proposed to be used or entered.".
