1991 No. 83 HEALTH INSURANCE (1990-91 GENERAL MEDICAL SERVICES TABLE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

  3.1   Rule 1:
Omit the rule, substitute:

"1. (1) In this table, unless the contrary intention appears: 'Division' means
a Division of a Part of the list of services and fees in this table; 'item'
means an item in that list; 'Part' means a Part of that list.

"(2) A reference in this table by number to an item in the series 1163 to 2399
(both inclusive) is a reference to the item so numbered in the pathology
services table.

"(3) A reference in this table by number to:

   (a)  an item in the series 791 to 794 (both inclusive); or

   (b)  item 913; or

   (c)  an item in the series 990 to 999 (both inclusive); or

   (d)  an item in the series 2400 to 2859 (both inclusive); or

   (e)  item 2980; or

   (f)  an item in the series 8727 to 8874 (both inclusive); is a reference to
        the correspondingly numbered item in the diagnostic imaging services
        table.".
  3.2   Rule 11:
Omit "Part 6, 7A, 8, 8A, 9A or 11", substitute "Part 6, 8A or 11".
  3.3   Rules 14, 16, 21, 22, 34, 35 and 41:
Omit the rules.
  3.4   Rule 43:

Omit "Parts 6 and 8", substitute "Part 6".
  3.5   Rules 48, 49 and 50:
Omit the rules.
