3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Allowances for witnesses at hearings
before a Professional Services Review Committee "24. For the purposes of
subsection 106C (1) of the Act, the allowances payable in respect of
attendance by a witness at a hearing before a Professional Services Review
Committee are the allowances ascertained by the Committee in accordance with
Schedule 2.".
