1994 No. 138 HEALTH INSURANCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 5

5.1 Allowances payable to a witness under regulation 24 and Schedule 2 of the
Health Insurance Regulations as in force on 30 June 1994 continue to be
payable on and after 1 July 1994 in respect of a matter mentioned in
subsection 12 (1) of the Health Legislation (Professional Services Review) 
Amendment Act 1994 , until that matter is concluded.
