1996 No. 107 IMMIGRATION (EDUCATION) CHARGE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 Paragraph 6 (d):
Omit "on or after 1 November 1995", substitute "during the period from 1
November 1995 to 30 June 1996 (inclusive)".

3.2 Add at the end:

"; and (e) the amount prescribed in respect of an application made on or after
1 July 1996 for a visa of a class provided for by the Migration Regulations is
the amount set out in Part 5 of the Schedule in relation to that class and the
circumstances of application.".
