1994 No. 357 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 36 RULE 9

9. (1) A party may enter an order by filing it in the form in which it has
been settled by the Registrar.

(2) The Registrar may enter an order under subrule (1) on the direction of the
Court or the request of a party.

(3) Unless the Court otherwise orders, the entry of an order shall bear the
date on which it is pronounced or made.
