1994 No. 357 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 52 RULE 19

19. (1) An appellant may at any time file and serve a notice of discontinuance
of the appeal and upon its being filed the appeal is abandoned.

(2) The notice of discontinuance filed by an appellant under subrule (1) does
not affect any other appellant in the appeal.

(3) Notwithstanding the filing of a notice of discontinuance pursuant to
subrule (1) application may be made to the Court on motion for an order for
payment of costs pursuant to section 347 of the Act and the Court may
determine such application and make such order as it considers appropriate.
