1994 No. 357 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 7 RULE 11
Service by filing
11. Where personal service is not required, and the person to be served is in
default of appearance or has entered an appearance but has no address for
service in the proceeding, the filing of the document shall, unless the Court
otherwise orders, have effect as service of the document on that person.
