MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1991 No. 18 - REG 15.

Regulation 40 (Prescribed change in circumstances - paragraphs 36(1)(a) and 37(2)(a) of the Act) 15.1
Subregulation 40(1):
Add at the end:
"(p) the person:
(i) is a citizen of the People's Republic of China; and
(ii) entered Australia on or before 20 June 1989; and
(iii) was in Australia on that day; and
(iv) satisfies the criteria specified in regulations 128 and 139.".
