Regulation 37A (Endorsement of visa or entry permit in relation to section 20 notice—code or abbreviation)
7.1
Omit the regulation, substitute:
Endorsement of visa or entry permit in
relation to section 20 notice—code or abbreviation
"37A.
(1) For the purposes of subsection 20 (4) of the Act, a visa
endorsed in accordance with that subsection may be endorsed to represent a
provision of section 20 of the Act that is specified in column 2 of an item of
Schedule 7 by the code (if any) that is specified in Column 3 of the item.
"(2) For the purposes of subsection 20 (5) of the Act, an entry permit
endorsed in accordance with that subsection may be endorsed to represent a
provision of section 20 of the Act that is specified in column 2 of an item of
Schedule 7 by the code (if any) that is specified in Column 4 of the item.".
