MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1991 No. 2 - REG 8.

Regulation 40 (Prescribed change in circumstances—paragraphs 36 (1) (a) and 37 (2) (a) of the Act) 8.1
Subregulation (1):
Add at the end:
"(m) the applicant satisfies the criteria for the grant of a Lebanese (temporary) entry permit;
(n) the applicant satisfies the criteria for the grant of a Sri Lankan (temporary) entry permit.".
