1996 No. 211 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 145

145.1 If:

   (a)  a person applied, before 3 July 1996, for a Prospective Marriage
        (Temporary) (Class TO) visa or a Spouse (Migrant) (Class BC) visa; and

   (b)  under regulation 2.11, the Minister has invited the person to make an
application (in this regulation called "the further application") for a
Prospective Marriage (Temporary) (Class TO) visa, or a Spouse (Migrant) (Class
BC) visa, as the case requires; the further application is to be considered as
if the provisions of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations, as in force on
30 September 1996, continue to apply.
