150.1 The amendment made by subregulation 132.3 applies in relation to
applications for Family (Residence) (Class AO) visas that are not finally
determined, within the meaning of subsection 5 (9) of the Act, before 1
November 1996 (as well as in relation to applications for visas of that class
made on or after that date).

150.2 The amendments made by subregulations 123.2, 123.3, 123.4, 129.1 and
129.2 apply in relation to applications for General (Residence) (Class AS)
visas that are not finally determined, within the meaning of subsection 5 (9)
of the Act, before 1 November 1996 (as well as in relation to applications for
visas of that class made on or after that date).

150.3 The amendment made by subregulation 130.10 applies in relation to
applications for Extended Eligibility (Temporary) (Class TK) visas that are
not finally determined, within the meaning of subsection 5 (9) of the Act,
before 1 November 1996 (as well as in relation to applications for visas of
that class made on or after that date).
