1996 No. 211 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 49

(NOTE: The note relating to division 804.1 should be replaced by the following
note:

"(NOTE: 'aged parent' is defined in regulation 1.03.)".

49.1 Paragraph 804.211 (d): Omit "citizen, of an Australian permanent resident
or of an eligible New Zealand".

49.2 Clause 804.212: Omit the clause, substitute:

"804.212 The applicant is nominated for the grant of the visa by an adult
child of the applicant who is a settled Australian citizen.".

49.3 Clause 804.221: Omit "citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible
New Zealand".
