1994 No. 373 PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEVIES AND CHARGES COLLECTION (CUSTARD APPLES) REGULATIONS - REG 9

9. For the purposes of section 9 of the Levy Act, the rates of levy for
custard apples are:

   (a)  14 cents per standard tray; and

   (b)  20 cents per standard box; and

   (c)  $20 per tonne for bulk custard apples.
