1993 No. 249 PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEVIES AND CHARGES COLLECTION (COARSE GRAINS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 New paragraph 5 (1) (aa):
Before paragraph 5 (1)(a), insert:

"(aa) in the case of seed grain for sowing - the amount that would constitute
the sale price of the grain if it were not seed grain for sowing and had been
sold at the market price prevailing on the day the grain was delivered as
mentioned in subsection 9 (2) of the Levy Act; and".
3.2 Subparagraph 5 (1) (b) (ii): Omit the subparagraph, substitute:

"(ii) if there are no sales invoices or documents of that kind - the amount
that would constitute the sale price of the grain if it had been sold at the
market price prevailing on the day the grain was processed, or delivered, as
mentioned in subsection 9 (2) of the Levy Act.".
