3. Regulation 164 (Prescribed class of persons for purpose of paragraph 63M (1) (b) of the Act)

  3.1   Regulation 164:
Omit the regulation, substitute: Persons who may inquire into offences by
unattached officers

"164. For the purpose of paragraph 63M (1) (b) of the Act, the prescribed
classes of persons are:

   (a)  Secretaries within the meaning of the Act; and

   (b)  Senior Executive Service officers.".
