Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) Before a person begins to act as an interpreter, the summary authority must administer, or cause to be administered, an oath or affirmation to the person.
(2) The oath or affirmation must be an oath or affirmation that the person will, to the best of the person's ability, truly interpret and translate as required.
