Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) During summary authority proceedings, a party may, by leave of the summary authority, have a particular part of the record of proceedings read, played or related back to the party.
(2) Subrule (1) applies only to the extent that the record of proceedings which has been kept allows.
