I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, and having considered the relevant
recommendations arising out of consultations between the Minister for Primary
Industries and Energy and the sugar industry organisations, make the following
Regulations under the Sugar Cane Levy Act 1987.
