(1)

A person commits an offence if:

(a)

a licence or permit has been granted to the person under regulation 25; and

(b)

the licence or permit is subject to a condition to be complied with by the person; and

(c)

the person engages in conduct; and

(d)

the person's conduct contravenes the condition.

Penalty:
10 penalty units.

Strict liability applies to paragraphs (1) (a) and (b).
