SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 296 - REG 41
Fees
- (1)
- The Trust may charge a reasonable fee in respect of a service or facility
provided by the Trust on, or in connection with, Trust land.
- (2)
- The Trust
may charge a fee in respect of an application for a licence, permit or other
authority under these Regulations.
- (3)
- A fee charged under subregulation (2) must not exceed the reasonable
administrative costs of processing the application.
- (4)
- In addition to any fee charged under subregulation (2), the Trust may
charge a reasonable fee in respect of the carrying out on Trust land of any
activity authorised by a licence or permit granted by the Trust.
- (5)
- The amount of any fee may be recovered by the Trust as a debt due to the
Trust in a court of competent jurisdiction.
