SEA INSTALLATIONS REGULATIONS 2018 (F2018L00214) - REG 10
Applications to vary permits--sea installations other than prescribed vessels
(1) This section applies to sea installations that are not prescribed
vessels.
(2) The fee prescribed for an application to vary a permit to authorise
an increase of more than 50 in the number of members of the public permitted
to visit the sea installation per day is the amount of the fee paid for the
application for the permit.
(3) The fee prescribed for an application to vary a permit to authorise
both:
(a) an increase of more than 50 in the number of members of the public
permitted to visit the sea installation per day; and
(b) additions to the sea installation;
is the amount worked out using the following table.

$755 plus 0.1% of the amount by which the cost of the additions exceeded
$250,000. |
