                   This instrument is made under the following:

                     (a)  the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 ;

                     (b)  the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 ;

                     (c)  the Human Services (Medicare) Act 1973 ;

                     (d)  the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2004 ;

                     (e)  the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 .
