5. Schedule 10 (Modifications of the Act in its application to the prescribed class of persons referred to in subregulation 13 (1))

5.1 Item 2: Omit "; and" from subparagraph (d) (iii) of the substituted
definition of

"period of contributory service", substitute "; or".

5.2 Item 2:
Add at the end of paragraph (d) of the substituted definition of "period of
contributory service":

"(iv) in respect of which the person was not required or permitted to pay
contributions because of subsection 3 (3); or

   (v)  in respect of which benefits did not accrue to the person because of
        section 55A; and".
