1991 No. 309 TRAINING GUARANTEE (OUTSTANDING TRAINER) REGULATIONS - REG 13

13. If a decision maker grants an employer EOT status, the employer is taken
to be an eligible outstanding trainer for the 3 year period beginning at the
beginning of the nominated year.
