TELECOMMUNICATIONS REGULATIONS 2021 (F2021L00289) - REG 47

Supply of specified kinds of carriage services

                   For the purposes of paragraph 479(1)(b) of the Act, the following kinds of carriage services are specified:

                     (a)  a carriage service for voice telephony;

                     (b)  a carriage service for data transmission;

                     (c)  a carriage service for tone signalling;

                     (d)  a carriage service for a live or recorded information service.
