Tasmanian Consolidated Regulations Tasmanian Consolidated RegulationsIn this Division –responsible person , in relation to a storage system, means –(a) if the storage system has not been decommissioned in accordance with Part 6 – an infrastructure owner of the storage system; or(b) if the storage system has been decommissioned in accordance with Part 6 – a landowner of the land on which the storage system is or was situated.
