Tasmanian Consolidated Regulations Tasmanian Consolidated Regulations(1) At a reasonable time before the expiry of a feed-in tariff rate determination, the Regulator is to conduct a pricing investigation for the purposes of this regulation.(2) The objective of a pricing investigation for the purposes of this regulation is to provide information to the Regulator to enable the Regulator to make a determination under section 44G(1) of the Act.
