The holder of a handling licence or a fish processing licence must maintain and use accurate measuring and weighing instruments to determine the information required to complete any commercial abalone dive docket, commercial rock lobster quota docket, commercial giant crab quota docket, fish receipt docket or fish dispatch docket under these rules.

Penalty:  Grade 3 penalty.
