(1)  In this rule –

imported Undaria means Undaria that was –

(a) lawfully imported into the State; and

(b) not taken in State waters.

(2)  Subject to these rules, a person may be in possession of, or sell, Undaria that –

(a) has been taken under the authority of a fishing licence (Undaria) or fishing licence (introduced marine plant); or

(b) is imported Undaria.
