FISHERIES (SCALLOP) RULES 2020 - REG 18

Closed and open seasons for commercial scallop fishery
The Minister, by published notice, may determine –
(a) the dates of the open season for the commercial scallop fishery; and
(b) the dates of the closed season for the commercial scallop fishery.
