FISHERIES (SCALLOP) RULES 2020 - REG 52

False, misleading or incomplete information
A person must not –
(a) omit any relevant information from a report required under this Part; or
(b) give any false or misleading information in a report required under this Part.
Penalty:   Grade 3 penalty.
