INLAND FISHERIES (EXCEPTED WATERS) ORDER 1996 - REG 4

Excepted waters
The waters of the River Derwent that lie upstream from an imaginary straight line drawn between the southern extremity of Dowsings Point and the southwestern extremity of Store Point to the seaward limit of that river are declared to be excepted waters for the purpose of the Act.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .

Notified in the Gazette on 30 May 1996
